Effects of Technological Revolution on Housing Buying Behavior in Bangkok

Purpose: To study factors affecting attitudes and house-buying behavior caused by disruption of property technology. Theoretical framework: A on the technology in Bangkok consists theories concepts: Consumer Behavior, Decision-making Process, Technology Acceptance. This employed conceptual frameworks: components PropTech (Technology, Real Estate) Complementary Relationships. Methodology: classified into three main groups: Construction Technology, Property Trading, Residential Technology. After data were obtained from survey through Google Form, processed analyzed hypothesis was tested SPSS Market Structure Analysis performed SWOT Analysis. Findings: The findings revealed that affected business development a supportive form terms satisfaction with use tendency for acceptance greater among population due to changing social structure lifestyle, resulting convenience more efficient time management ability control expenses costs which is also key factor driving trend future. Research, Practical & Social Implications: pointed out benefited way. On other hand, it indicated just one affects buying decisions Bangkok. It not as compared price since has still fully involved industry. Originality: full technological may affect model future production, sales, after-sales services.
